About Me

Bright Cognition was founded in Scotland by Rosie Arthey, an ICF PCC Accredited Coach specialising in Neurodiversity. Rosie is currently studying for a Post Graduate Certificate in Neurodiversity Coaching at Birkbeck University.

Rosie began her coaching business in 2020 after coaching supported her to navigate her adult ADHD diagnosis, building her self-awareness and confidence, creating change and improving her performance.

She is passionate about using the tools of coaching to reclaim the brilliance of neurodivergent brains. Rosie believes we all have the potential to flourish given the right conditions, and personal and professional experience has shown her that coaching can create the right conditions.

Rosie has over 25 years of experience working in people-focused businesses. In this time, she managed client accounts and teams and delivered events and learning programmes across the private, public and voluntary sectors.

Rosie's passion for working with people is the thread that has woven through her employment history and is reflected in her strengths in communication, listening, empathy and personalisation.

Rosie's personal values of Curiosity, Connection and Collaboration are at the heart of Bright Cognition and she is excited to be building her business around her strengths and values to support neurodivergent individuals, and the businesses that employ them, to thrive.

As well as coaching, Rosie is an experienced trainer and facilitator, developing and delivering bespoke training for businesses, teams and coaches.
