Work With Me: 1:1
Rosie has worked with hundreds of neurodivergent clients supporting them to thrive personally and professionally. She is experienced in working with clients of all neurotypes, including Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism, Dyspraxia, Dysgraphia and Dyscalculia.
Many of Rosie’s clients have been diagnosed with neurodivergent conditions as adults and are struggling to understand and navigate the impact on their personal and professional lives.
Rosie can provide coaching through the Access to Work programme. You can find testimonials from her previous clients here.
Research confirms that coaching can develop self-understanding, promote workplace satisfaction, reduce symptom distress, develop self-efficacy, increase self-esteem and facilitate sustainable changes. Developing self-understanding, self-concept and self-efficacy are key factors in improving the well-being of neurodivergent adults.
Rosie's personal experience, and the experiences of the hundreds of neurodivergent adults she has supported, drive her passion for coaching. She has experienced first-hand the benefits that coaching brings, and feels privileged to share the coaching experience with her clients.
Rosie is passionate about working with her clients in a structured, but flexible way. Supporting them to create neurodivergent-friendly, personalised outcomes, tools and strategies that work for them, rather than trying to do what they feel they "should" do, and constantly feeling like they are failing.
